Refund policy

At REËNVAL Coffee, we strive to deliver the highest quality, freshly roasted coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Item received is incorrect

  • Product is damaged upon arrival

  • Must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide order number and clear photos of the issue

Note: We cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee or items ordered incorrectly.
